😉 Nanocap Hits Pollymetalic Vein
Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE:TERA; FRA:UB1) announced additional assay results from the 2023 Phase II drill campaign within its flagship Viogor-Zanik project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Highlights:
3.8m of 499 g/t AgEq
The stock is up today but do bear in mind this is a very small company at a hair under C$4m. What else can they find?
🙃 Vizsla Spins Out Royalty
Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) announced its intention to spin out the shares of Vizsla Royalties Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vizsla Silver, to the Company's shareholders related to the 100% owned Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico.
Highlights:
The royalty consists of a 2.0% net smelter return royalty on certain unencumbered concessions within the Project, and a 0.5% net smelter return royalty on certain encumbered concessions within the Project, which already have a pre-existing 3.0% net smelter return royalty (the “Underlying Royalty”).
For good measure, the stock is down over 4.4% on the news because we hate money.
