Trident Resources Corp. (TSXV: ROCK | OTCQB: TRDTF) reported new drilling results from its 6,500-metre program at the Contact Lake Gold Project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Highlights:

  • 43.25 metres of 7.03 g/t gold, including 9.25 metres of 30.06 g/t gold.

  • 23.00 metres of 7.89 g/t gold, including 6.89 metres of 23.86 g/t gold.

  • 29.61 metres of 2.49 g/t gold, including 2.21 metres of 27.09 g/t gold.

The results confirm high-grade mineralisation below the Bakos shear, beyond the historic mine area.

Contact Lake produced 200,000 ounces before closing in 1998, and new drilling indicates strong remaining potential across Trident’s La Ronge Gold Belt projects.

😎 Fortune’s Golden Path

Fortune Bay Corp. (TSXV: FOR | OTCQB: FTBYF | FWB: 5QN), a sponsoring partner of TNBR, has accelerated development of its Goldfields Project in Saskatchewan, Canada, following completion of an $8 million financing and a robust updated PEA.

The study outlined an after-tax NPV (5%) of C$610 million and IRR of 44% at US$2,600/oz gold, rising to C$1.25 billion and 74% at spot prices.

The company is now advancing toward a 2026 Pre-Feasibility Study with project-development and exploration drilling, metallurgical and waste rock studies, and a high-resolution LiDAR survey underway.

Permitting and community consultations are progressing alongside baseline environmental work, positioning Goldfields as a development-ready asset in a premier mining jurisdiction.
