    • 1.0 metres of 23.2 g/t gold.

  • 0.5 metres of 7.5 g/t gold.

These results extend the North Contact Zone 500 metres east on strike, revealing multiple shallow high-grade gold zones with robust geological continuity.

The Contact Sector remains open at depth and along strike, supporting potential resource expansion and flexible development scenarios.

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR; OTCQB: LFLRF; FSE: 3WK0) announced drilling results from the Swanson Gold Project, in British Columbia, Canada.

Highlights:

  • 158.25 metres of 2.05 g/t gold.

    • 1.5 metres of 91.1 g/t gold.

  • 51.4 metres of 3.15 g/t gold, including:

    • 0.75 metres of 92.9 g/t gold.

Swanson shows extensive near-surface gold mineralisation, including long intercepts and high-grade zones, supporting the forthcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment and highlighting its potential as a source of mill feed for the nearby Beacon Gold Mill.

Dryden Gold Corp. (TSXV: DRY; OTCQB: DRYGF; FSE: X7W) reported new drilling results from the Pearl zone at the Gold Rock Target Area, in British Columbia, Canada.

Results from drilling establish Chicken Mountain as a bulk-tonnage, heap-leachable Reduced Intrusion-Related Gold System.

Mineralisation remains open in all directions, with all 191 holes intersecting gold.

🧐 Tensions Lift Gold

Gold prices rebounded today as investors moved back into safe-haven assets amid a global equity selloff and lingering geopolitical uncertainty, particularly around renewed U.S.-Iran nuclear talks in Oman.

Spot gold rose 2.3% to about $4,879/oz, while U.S. gold futures edged higher, despite pressure from a stronger U.S. dollar.

Silver also jumped over 4% after briefly dipping below $65/oz earlier in Asian trade, though it remains sharply down for the week following heavy recent losses.

Meanwhile, the CME Group raised margin requirements again to manage volatility, while high price swings reduced physical demand in India.

Scorpio Gold Corp. (TSXV: SGN; OTCQB: SRCRF; FSE: RY9) reported drilling results from the Reliance Trend at the Manhattan District Project, in Nevada, United States.

Highlights:

  • 41.22 metres of 0.44 g/t gold.

The results continue to reinforce the company’s geological model at Manhattan, particularly along the Reliance Trend, and the company noted that 12 additional holes totalling 3,831 metres have been completed with assays pending.
