The latest drilling continued to support the continuity and scale potential of the Mirado hydrothermal system, with KLM26-006 extending North Zone mineralisation by around 125 metres vertically.

Visible gold intersected in hole KLM26-010, approximately 180 metres beyond the historical resource boundary, also strengthened confidence that mineralisation remains open along plunge and at depth.

Cygnus Metals Limited (ASX: CY5, TSXV: CYG, OTCQB: CYGGF) announced final infill drilling results from the Golden Eye deposit at the Chibougamau Copper-Gold Project in Quebec, Canada.

Highlights:

  • 3.6 metres of 12.4 g/t gold, 2.2% copper and 22.3 g/t silver.

  • 5.9 metres of 24.8 g/t gold, 2.7% copper and 31.5 g/t silver.

Drilling continues to confirm the continuity and grade of mineralisation at Golden Eye, with all results expected to support an updated resource estimate.

Cygnus also began exploration drilling at the Gwillim prospect targeting new resource growth, with historic high-grade gold intersections highlighting further upside potential across the Chibougamau district.

First Phosphate Corp. (CSE: PHOS) (OTCQX: FRSPF) (OTCQX ADR: FPHOY) (FSE: KD0), a sponsoring partner of TNBR, reported an updated mineral resource estimate for the Bégin-Lamarche Phosphate Deposit, in Québec, Canada.

Highlights:

  • 198.5 million tonnes of 6.00% phosphate.

  • 89.5 million tonnes of 6.16% phosphate.

  • 6.2 million tonnes of 7.70% phosphate.

The updated mineral resource estimate delivered a 378% increase in indicated mineral resources following the 2025-2026 drilling program.

Metallurgical testing also confirmed strong phosphate recovery rates and battery-grade phosphoric acid potential, while the deposit remains open at depth.

    • 9.14 metres of 2.95 g/t gold and 16.18 g/t silver.

  • 13.72 metres of 0.76 g/t gold and 1.66 g/t silver, including:

    • 1.52 metres of 5.94 g/t gold and 5.20 g/t silver.

  • 15.24 metres of 0.17 g/t gold and 0.71 g/t silver.

StrikePoint said hole H26-004 returned the best drill intercept in the project’s history by grade-width and confirmed a broad near-surface oxide gold zone at the Cliffs target.

The company added that mineralisation remains open to the south and drilling is continuing to support a maiden resource estimate expected in Q4 2026.

Westhaven Gold Corp. (TSX-V: WHN) (OTCQB: WTHVF) revealed drilling results from the Shovelnose Project in British Columbia, Canada.

Highlights:

  • 33.0 metres of 14.0 g/t gold and 78 g/t silver, including:

    • 8.12 metres of 47.56 g/t gold and 229 g/t silver.

  • 24.63 metres of 9.51 g/t gold and 44 g/t silver, including:

    • 4.01 metres of 36.05 g/t gold and 123 g/t silver.

  • 17.13 metres of 10.08 g/t gold and 82 g/t silver.

Resource infill drilling at the South Zone continues to confirm strong continuity and scale of high-grade mineralisation ahead of an updated mineral resource estimate and preliminary feasibility study.

The company added that the 2026 drilling program is progressing on schedule with four drills active at site.

Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX: ORV) (OTCQX: ORVMF) reported drilling results from the Taguas Project in San Juan, Argentina.

Preliminary reconciliation against the existing resource model also showed higher gold, copper, and silver grades within evaluated areas.

👏 Gold Prices Rebound

Gold prices edged higher today, with spot gold trading around US$4,528.19 per ounce and US gold futures near US$4,559.10 per ounce, following recent heavy losses.

Reuters reported that the metal remains on track for a third straight monthly decline as investors weigh inflation concerns, oil prices, and expectations for higher US interest rates.

Hopes for a possible US-Iran ceasefire helped support prices, while weaker oil prices and a softer US dollar also offered some relief.

However, ongoing inflation fears linked to Middle East tensions continue to pressure gold, as higher interest rates reduce the appeal of non-yielding assets like bullion.
