Defiance Silver Corp. (TSXV: DEF) announces a favorable ruling by the Mexican Court, restoring ownership of mining concessions for the Tepal Project.

After blatant stealing and fraud by a third party illegal transfer of concessions in 2022, legal action was taken, resulting in the Court nullifying the transfer and recognizing Defiance's subsidiary, Geologix Explorations Mexico, S.V de C.A, as the rightful owner. The ruling awaits a 9-day appeal process, ending February 27, 2024. Defiance focuses on developing its Zacatecas and Tepal projects to establish premier Mexican silver and gold deposits.

😍 Wide Gold Intercept

Integra Resources Corp. (TSXV: ITR) (NYSE American: ITRG) announces the second set of drill results from the 4,597m 2023 highwall geotechnical and metallurgical drill program at the DeLamar Project in southwestern Idaho.

Highlights:

• 134.11m of 1.42 g/t gold 

The results announced today include 20 drill holes representing 2,290m from the highwall geotechnical and metallurgical drill program which was completed in November 2023.

Volume is pretty thin, but the price is up a bit (3%) as we type.
