😎 Rich Nickel In Romania

Leading Edge Materials Corp. (TSXV: LEM) (Nasdaq First North: LEMSE) (OTCQB: LEMIF) (FRA: 7FL), a sponsor of this humble newsletter, has just announced it has received further assay results for Cobalt-Nickel-Gold from Gallery 7 at the Bihor Sud project in Romania.

Highlights:

• 6.7% Co, 13.0% Ni, 7.5 g/t Au with 33% exceeding 0.44% Ni equivalent (out of 104 samples)

This second batch of 104 samples prolongate the zone of Co-Ni-Au-occurrences by about 250 m to a total length of roughly 400 m NNW-SSE. And this is just Gallery 7.

We have been pounding the table on this company for a while, but even we are surprised by the high-grade gold. This is turning out to be a super pollymetallic project that by the way used to be a former uranium mine. Long and strong.

👏 Great Gold Feasibility Out

Cerrado Gold Inc. (TSX.V:CERT)(OTCQX:CRDOF) announces that it has filed the technical report of the independent Feasibility Study on its 100% owned Monte do Carmo gold project located in Tocantins State, Brazil. 

Highlights:

• After-Tax NPV_5% of US$390 million and IRR of 34%

• Average annual gold production of 95,212 ounces per annum over 9-year Life of Mine 

• Average AISC of US$687 per ounce over LOM

• Initial Capex of US$181.4 million (including US$15.8 million contingency)

We always re-iterate we don’t love 5% discounts in a high interest rate environment for mining projects, but if permitting is straight-forward, this might be a nice little moneymaker. Market cap is only C$60m. Not bad.
