CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: CVV; OTCQX: CVVUF; FSE: DH7) reported geochemical assay results from winter drilling at the Pike Zone, part of the West McArthur project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Highlights:

• 8.6 metres of 34.59% U₃O₈, including 5.5 metres of 53.90% U₃O₈.

• 14.8 metres of 14.71% U₃O₈, including 5.4 metres of 39.67% U₃O₈.

• 3.5 metres of 1.37% U₃O₈, including 1.0 metre of 3.16% U₃O₈. 

Of the 29 drill holes, 22 intersected uranium, demonstrating strong continuity and potential for expansion along the C10S corridor. This is especially significant, according to CEO Cory Belyk, amid declining global uranium reserves.

👏 Tyro Gold

West Point Gold Corp. (TSXV: WPG; OTCQB: WPGCF; FSE: LRA0) announced new drill results from the Tyro Main Zone at its Gold Chain Project in Arizona, in the USA.

Highlights:

• 59.44 metres of 1.25 g/t gold, including 33.53 metres of 1.63 g/t.

• 68.58 metres of 0.90 g/t gold, including 15.24 metres of 2.89 g/t.

• 36.58 metres of 0.91 g/t gold.

The mineralised system, traced from surface to nearly 200 metres depth, remains open in all directions and shows improving grades at depth.
