🎯 La Colorada Drill Thrill
Heliostar Metals (TSXV: HSTR; OTCQX: HSTXF) reported gold intercepts at La Colorada Mine, in Sonora, Mexico.
Highlights:
56.6 metres of 2.88 g/t gold from 68 metres.
23.2 metres of 14.4 g/t gold from surface, including 0.85 metres of 381 g/t gold.
4.05 metres of 17.8 g/t gold from 136 metres.
Heliostar restarted production at La Colorada earlier this year, with a defined 6.5-year mine life.
It is targeting reserve growth and stronger economics ahead of a mid-2025 technical report, supported by recent drilling that revealed broad oxide zones and high-grade veins around the pit.
😎 High-Grade Copper In Arizona
Faraday Copper Corp. (TSX: FDY; OTCQX: CPPKF) reported near-surface drill results from the Globe and Copper Giant breccias at its Copper Creek Project in Arizona, USA.
Highlights:
10.08 metres of 3.62% copper from 65.92 metres.
38.90 metres of 0.51% copper from 3.55 metres.
27.46 metres of 0.50% copper from 6.10 metres.
The company drilled seven holes near Globe and Copper Giant, showing near-surface oxide mineralisation with malachite, chrysocolla, tenorite, and deeper chalcocite, with an updated resource estimate expected in Q3 2025 from nearly 40,000 metres of drilling.

The Dutch government wants to keep the country's only nuclear power plant running for an additional 20 years. It was due to close in 2033, but that term will look to be extended substantially 🇳🇱
