Founders Metals Inc. (TSXV: FDR) (OTCQX: FDMIF) (FSE: 9DL0) has disclosed the findings of its 2024 drill program in the Froyo Gold Zone, at the Antino Gold Project in southeastern Suriname.
Highlights:
5.0 m of 10.23 g/t Au from 155.0 m downhole.
13.0 m of 11.02 g/t Au from 150.0 m downhole.
8.0 m of 4.67 g/t Au from 186.0 m downhole.
The company has finished numerous expansion drillings extending towards the northwest and south at Froyo, and it's awaiting the outcomes.
They also integrate oriented core sampling for an enhanced understanding of the gold system's structural influences. We like what we see so far — what’s next?
😎 Copper and Gold
Great Pacific Gold Corp. (TSXV: GPAC) (OTCQX: FSXLF) (Germany: V3H), a sponsoring partner of TNBR, announced its acquisition of Tinga Valley Copper & Gold Corp., obtaining access to the Tinga Valley Property in Papua New Guinea.
This property, spanning 347 square kilometres, boasts a promising geological setting similar to the renowned Ok Tedi Copper-Gold Mine (which has produced 5.17Mt of copper, 15.9Moz of gold and 36.4Moz of silver). With identified high-grade copper-gold porphyry and skarn exploration targets, the Tinga Valley Property presents significant potential for major discoveries.
Shareholders of Tinga immediately prior to the closing of the Acquisition will receive 12,500,000 common shares of GPAC, and each Tinga Shareholder will receive one Common Share for every one Tinga Share held.
At the current price, this is a value of C$16.25 million. A pretty big deal for a small junior.
