Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. (TSXV: AZS; OTCQB: AZASF) reported drill results at the Philadelphia project in Arizona, United States.
Highlights:
22.26 metres of 4.24 g/t gold.
Including 1.52 metres of 14.5 g/t gold.
Includes 6.1 metres of 6.64 g/t gold.
The results suggest the system is approaching a high-grade ‘boiling zone’, characteristic of productive epithermal gold deposits.
Drilling continues to test the depth and continuity of mineralisation.
🤝 Myriad Rush Merger
Myriad Uranium Corp. (CSE: M) and Rush Rare Metals Corp. (CSE: RSH) have announced a proposed merger, under which Myriad would acquire all outstanding shares of Rush via a statutory plan of arrangement.
The merger aims to consolidate ownership of the Copper Mountain uranium project in Wyoming, USA, where Myriad currently holds a 50% interest and is progressing toward acquiring 75%. The transaction includes Rush spinning off its Boxi property in Quebec into a subsidiary, with Rush shareholders receiving shares in both companies post-merger.
The unified ownership is expected to enhance the project's market valuation and attract strategic investors.
The deal is subject to due diligence, regulatory, and shareholder approvals.
