🤩 Fazenda Gold
Lavras Gold Corp. (TSXV: LGC; OTCQX: LGCFF), reports new gold drilling results at the Fazenda Butiá Project in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Highlights:
190.0 metres of 1.01 g/t Au from surface, including:
21.0 metres of 2.25 g/t Au.
65.0 metres of 0.88 g/t Au from 23.0 metres, including:
1.0 metres of 16.05 g/t Au and 2.0 metres of 11.28 g/t Au.
21.0 metres of 3.12 g/t Au from 42.0 metres, including:
1.0 metre of 47.73 g/t Au.
Drilling has outlined broad, continuous zones of gold mineralisation at both the Butiá deposit and the adjoining Fazenda discovery, consistent with the Lavras do Sul alkaline intrusive geological model.
Work is ongoing to expand mineralisation and improve confidence ahead of future resource updates, with a 20,000-metre drill programme planned for 2026.
👏 Kwanika High-Grade
NorthWest Copper Corp. (TSX-V: NWST) announced new drill results at the Kwanika Project in British Columbia, Canada.
Highlights:
47.5 metres of 1.22% Cu and 0.82 g/t Au from 96.5 metres.
35.9 metres of 0.81% Cu and 1.03 g/t Au from 144 metres, including:
25.9 metres of 0.91% Cu and 1.29 g/t Au.
32.0 metres of 0.32% Cu and 1.13 g/t Au from 285 metres.
The results come from hole K-25-287 and confirm wide, near-surface higher-grade mineralisation in the Pit Zones, supporting the potential for improved open pit resources.
Intersections in the Central Zone further demonstrate continuity of higher-grade mineralisation, strengthening the case for a combined open pit and underground development concept at Kwanika.
