Global Atomic Corporation (TSX: GLO) (OTCQX: GLATF) (FRANKFURT: G12) provided an update on financing progress for its Dasa uranium project and a recent management visit to Niger.

The company’s CEO discussed positive meetings with Niger’s Prime Minister and senior officials, highlighting strong local government support for project development.

Engagements aimed at facilitating project financing and execution were a key focus of the visit.

Global Atomic continues to advance funding discussions, including potential debt arrangements, which remain critical to fully financing the Dasa Project’s construction and commissioning.

The stock is up 30% today so far in Frankfurt.

👏 Namibia Copper Expansion

Koryx Copper Inc. (TSX-V: KRY) announces assay results from 9 drill holes (4,007m) received as part of the Phase 2 and 3 drill program for its 2025 exploration and project development strategy on the wholly-owned Haib Copper Project in southern Namibia.

Highlights:

  • 74m of 0.36% Cu (66 to 140m) incl. 16m of 0.56% Cu (106 to 122m).

  • 66m of 0.32% Cu (428 to 494m).

Two additional drill rigs have arrived, bringing the total to 12 active rigs, as the company advances PFS preparation drilling alongside ongoing infill and expansion drilling.

Geological modelling and resource estimation are progressing, with an updated MRE targeted before the end of January 2026.

In parallel, engineering, metallurgical, infrastructure, logistics, and permitting work continues across environmental, mining, and land access areas.
