😎 Awalé Hits Bonanza
Awalé Resources (TSXV: ARIC | OTCQX: AWLRF) has reported the first deep drilling results from the BBM gold-copper deposit at its Odienné Project in Côte d'Ivoire.
Highlights:
7 metres of 7.21 g/t gold equivalent, including:
1 metre of 43.68 g/t gold equivalent.
46 metres of 2.35 g/t gold equivalent, including:
17 metres of 3.41 g/t gold equivalent.
The initial deep holes support the potential for BBM to grow beyond its current open pit resource with an underground mining component.
Further assay results from the remaining ten holes, along with updates from other targets across Odienné, could provide additional resource growth opportunities.
👏 Palmer Delivers
Vizsla Copper (TSXV: VCU | OTCQB: VCUFF) provided an update from its 2026 drill program at the Palmer copper-zinc project in Alaska, USA.
Highlights:
49.2 metres of sulphide mineralisation, including:
14 metres of copper-rich massive sulphides.
Five drill holes completed for 2,242 metres of the planned 10,000-metre program.
Thick sulphide mineralisation intersected in both Zone 1 and Zone 2.
The early drilling has confirmed thick sulphide mineralisation at Palmer.
With assay results still to come, investors will be watching to see if the visual mineralisation translates into high-grade copper and zinc results.
