🪙 PHOS Hits Nasdaq
First Phosphate (Nasdaq: PHOS | CSE: PHOS | OTCQX: FRSPF | FSE: KD0), a sponsor of TNBR has uplisted its Level 2 ADRs to the Nasdaq Global Market under ticker $PHOS, effective August 10, replacing its OTCQX listing while maintaining its existing CSE and FSE listings.
The ADR ratio remains 10 common shares per ADR, with free conversions available through BNY Mellon until December 31, 2026.
The Nasdaq uplisting involves no new share issuance or capital raising and is intended to improve access and visibility for U.S. investors.
👏 Jonpol Gold Delivers
STLLR Gold (TSX: STLR | OTCQX: STLRF) reported high-grade gold results from drilling at the Jonpol Deposit within its Tower Gold Project in Ontario, Canada.
Highlights:
16.17 metres of 12.46 g/t gold from 222.20 metres downhole.
5.30 metres of 18.62 g/t gold from 247.00 metres downhole.
5.80 metres of 9.14 g/t gold and 7.19 metres of 5.57 g/t gold from additional Jonpol drilling.
The company plans approximately 15,000 metres of drilling during the remainder of 2026 at Jonpol, 903 and Garrcon, targeting resource expansion and conversion of inferred resources to higher-confidence categories for a potential updated Tower Mineral Resource Estimate.
