Arizona Metals Corp. (TSX: AMC) (OTCQX: AZMCF) announces the latest drill results from the Kay Mine Project in Arizona.

Highlights:

  • 20.1m of 3.4% copper equivalent (CuEq), including 3.2 m at 14.9% CuEq.

  • 38.0m of 1.4% CuEq, including 4.4 m at 7.1% CuEq.

With the completion of recent drill holes, Arizona Metals has drilled a total of 106,000 meters on the Property and the company is cashed up to drill another 53,000m, so tune in for more follow-up results.

🤝 Craig Parry Goes Shopping

Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU) has successfully completed the acquisition of Universal Copper Ltd. (TSXV: UNV).

Under the terms of the agreement, Universal Copper shareholders will receive 0.5 of a Vizsla Copper common share for each Universal Copper share held. This deal values each Universal Copper share at approximately $0.066, based on the closing price of Vizsla Copper shares at $0.132 on April 3, 2024.

Universal Copper shareholders now own about 13% of Vizsla Copper’s issued and outstanding shares.
