ATEX Resources, (TSXV: ATX), reports new high-grade copper-gold results at the Valeriano Project in the Atacama Region, Chile.

Highlights:

• 36 metres of 3.05% CuEq (2.10% Cu, 1.02 g/t Au, 6.2 g/t Ag, 542 g/t Mo).

• 126 metres of 2.04% CuEq (1.47% Cu, 0.67 g/t Au, 3.7 g/t Ag, 252 g/t Mo).

• 180 metres of 1.74% CuEq (1.23% Cu, 0.53 g/t Au, 2.9 g/t Ag, 327 g/t Mo).

Assays are pending for the final 548 metres of ATXD29A. Phase V totals 16,600 metres drilled, five holes remain, and Phase VI starts in September 2025, targeting further breccia and porphyry growth.

👏 Latin Metals Advances

Latin Metals Inc. (TSXV: LMS), a sponsor partner of TNBR, has secured a Social & Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) approval for up to 11,900 metres of diamond drilling at the Organullo Gold Project in Salta Province, Argentina.

The project is under an option agreement with AngloGold Ashanti, which can earn up to an 80% interest. This permit marks a key milestone as AngloGold Ashanti prepares to drill targets with potential for Tier 1 high-sulphidation epithermal gold systems. Phase preparations include meeting environmental, social, and safety obligations.

Latin Metals operates under a prospect generator model across 18 projects in Peru and Argentina, partnering with majors like AngloGold Ashanti to advance exploration while minimising risk.
