😎 Myriad Rush Unite
Myriad Uranium Corp. (CSE: M, OTCQB: MYRUF, FSE: C3Q) enters a binding letter of intent to merge with Rush Rare Metals Corp. (CSE:RUSH) in a statutory plan of arrangement, under which Myriad would acquire 100% of Rush’s shares.
The proposed exchange ratio gives Rush shareholders a premium of 18–22% based on recent prices.
Rush will spin out its Boxi Property to Rush Spinco, while Myriad continues focusing on fully consolidating its Copper Mountain Uranium Project in Wyoming and advancing the Red Basin Project in New Mexico.
The LOI is binding, with definitive agreements and approvals to follow.

Highlights:
31.2 metres of 1.90 g/t gold.

Results confirm extensions of high-grade mineralisation at the Powerline Deposit, continuity between the Powerline and Airstrip deposits, and further upside along the mineralised corridor.
